  • Join our Solution Engineering team as a Solution Engineer
  • Technical Sales Engineer within our Global Tendering organization, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our capacity to deliver innovative solutions to utilities in the North American region, including our Grid Operations Portfolio (ADMS, DERMS, ETO). This exciting position is based in Novi Sad and collaborates closely with the North American Digital Grid Solution Architect team, to whom you will report directly. In addition, you will maintain a dotted-line connection to the Head of Solution Engineering in Novi Sad, ensuring alignment with regional leadership while contributing to our global mission. The primary role of the Solution Engineer is to use product and industry experience to act as a technical point of contact in tendering stage of the sales process. Primary focus is on power engineering and business aspects of ADMS/DERMS for End User, by mapping customer business cases with the proposed solution. Key responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and translate it to proper technical responses by considering commercial and technical aspects Technical lead for one or more ADMS functional areas during tendering process Detect necessary customizations on tender, define high-level implementation scope, and together with development teams define implementation efforts Participate in technical meetings and workshops (remote or on-site) with potential customers during tendering process (including Proof of Concept activities) Close work with Tender Managers during tendering process, by helping to define and enable the defined winning strategy Support sales heads and sales solution architects in influencing future tenders for potential customers, as part of pre-sales process, when is needed deep technical expertise in certain functional area Qualifications/experience: University degree in Power Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Basic knowledge about electrical power engineering, and distribution network concepts Basic knowledge of ADMS model, ADMS functionalities or integration interfaces Strong knowledge in at least one of ADMS functional areas (Core (SCADA Control Room features, Topology, TE, Tracing), Distribution Applications (DMS/DERMS), Transmission Applications (EMS), Outage Management (OMS), Switching Management, System Integrations) would be treated as a plus.
