HR Administration Specialist We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to deliver high‑quality administrative and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
The role ensures accurate employee data, smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, and consistent HR service delivery while supporting employees onsite and contributing to broader HR projects.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare all kind of employment documentation (e.g. contracts, addendums etc) Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
Handle employment changes.
Support offboarding processes and documentation.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries.
Act as daily onsite HR support for employees.
Backup Payroll Specialist during absences (basic coordination and inputs).
Participate in regional/global HR projects.
Contribute to HR digitalization, automation, and self‑service initiatives.
Maintain compliance, update process documentation, and support continuous improvement.
Experience: & Skills ~3 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
Fluent English Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, Service Now, Talent Link or other HR systems will be an asset
