Scope of Work : Design and maintain Commercial Model of the Future roadmap Support evolution of the GS Commercial OM to customer-centric, value-stream-based operating model. Map and sustain E2E Commercial process ecosystem (BPM). Identify and eliminate organizational/process waste with SMEs. Define and facilitate deployment/adoption of Commercial Model in line with Operating Model of the Future stream.
