This bold initiative positions the company to capture future growth by adopting industry best practices, leveraging SAP S4 HANA public cloud, and integrating advanced solutions like SAP Analytics Cloud and Project Resource Management.

The program impacts all organizations delivering customer projects across Europe and International regions, driving a shift toward standardized, efficient, and digitally enabled operations.

Guided by strong governance and Business Process Owners, UNIFY ensures seamless configuration, deployment, and change management while minimizing deviations from market standards.

Joining this team means playing a key role in one of Schneider Electric’s most ambitious transformations, shaping the way we work and deliver value globally.

What will you do?

Lead Wave Execution: Coordinate squad leaders, ensuring alignment with planning, gates, and milestones.

Synchronize & Prioritize: Manage cross-squad activities and resolve dependencies according to Wave priorities.

Structure & Staffing: Define squad structure, validate composition, and ensure onboarding for Start Explore.

Governance & Communication: Set up Wave governance, run milestone reviews, and manage stakeholder reporting.

Methodology Compliance: Enforce UNIFY deployment methodology across squads and committees.

Scope, Budget & Risk Management: Monitor Wave scope, control budget, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Strong leadership in project execution, with proven ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery across functional, technical, data, training, and infrastructure streams.

Excellent cross‑squad coordination skills, ensuring alignment of priorities, resolving dependencies, and fostering high collaboration among squad leads and teams.

Solid control of scope, budget, schedule, and resource planning, with strong risk mitigation capabilities.

Strong governance and communication skills, including setting up project governance (gates, milestones, committees) and driving reporting to steering committees.

Deep understanding of deployment methodologies and ability to enforce consistent application across squads and workstreams.

Strong functional and technical expertise, including SAP/ERP knowledge, FO and order‑to‑cash processes, supply chain/operations, and the autonomy and proactiveness to operate independently.

Minimum 10 years of experience, fluent English, high agility in uncertain or start‑up‑like environments, and willingness to travel up to one week per month.
