  • Job Description Position: Senior Manager / DGM – Digital Solutions (Full Stack Developer) Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape) Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech Experience: 8–12 years (with strong hands-on full-stack development experience) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of on-premises and cloud-based platforms. The role requires strong hands-on development expertise, solution architecture ownership, secure software design, preparation of detailed design and architecture documentation, and execution of unit-level validation/testing. The position also involves leading Agile product development in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables • Lead and contribute to the on-premises and cloud-based platforms & applications using standard IoT platforms, including implementation of RESTful and MQTT-based interfaces.
  • Design and develop full-stack web applications to meet product requirements using React JS, Angular JS, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
  • Develop responsive web front-end and scalable back-end services for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Design and implement web services/APIs for mobile applications and third-party system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external users to understand stated and unstated requirements, translate them into a prioritized development roadmap, and execute using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure applications adhere to OWASP security guidelines and industry best practices for secure web application design and development.
  • Prepare and maintain architecture documents, design specifications, UML diagrams, and other technical documentation.
  • Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices based on IEC 62443-4-1, including threat modeling, test plan preparation, and unit-level testing.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code. Functional / Technical Competencies • Strong hands-on experience with: o React JS, Angular JS, Node JS o REST APIs, Web Services, Web Sockets o HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap o React Native (for mobile integration scenarios) • Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT and CoAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, including: o OWASP Top 10 o Web data encryption o Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms • Experience working with Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Preferred / Added Advantage • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Hands-on exposure to Python, C#, and/or C++.
  • Prior experience in industrial IoT, smart infrastructure, or digital product engineering environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams at a Manager / Senior Manager / DGM level.
