Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical solutions to our valued customers!

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering highquality on-site technical support to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and proper maintenance of their electrical equipment.

In this role, you will diagnose issues, perform repairs, execute preventive maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will also maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams while completing all required administrative and safety-related tasks.

What will you do: Deliver efficient and professional service as part of the local services team, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Perform troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of customers’ electrical equipment.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to ensure proper issue resolution, follow-up, and technical guidance.

Document service interventions accurately and submit required administrative reports on time.

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.

What will make you successful: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing power electrical equipment.

Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

Valid ANRE certification level II / III / IV.

Category B driving license.

Availability to travel on customer sites.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.
