Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.   Join us as a Global Commercial Excellence Business analyst to make an impact!  Location: Kallang Position Overview As part of its data-driven transformation, Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence & Pricing team within the Digital Energy division. The primary objective of this role is to deliver meaningful commercial data analysis, interpret results accurately, and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of business dynamics and the ability to turn data into strategic insights. Shape Key Responsibilities Solving key business problems through using an appropriate mix of strategic thinking and computational methods Interpret results within their commercial and strategic context; Provide actionable insights to inform decisions and strategies through visualizations (enable cross-function/geographical visibility for business metrics across multiple business lines, show trends, correlation, etc.) Produce regular reports and high-value ad hoc analyses Basic understanding of advanced analytics solutions like Predictive Models, Classification, Machine Learning, etc. Develop and uphold best practices with respect to change management, documentation, and data protocols Design outlook with different source data to have interactive dashboards to monitor business activity Collaborate with country, product, and segment teams to contextualize findings Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving commercial processes and data tool adoption. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in  business analytics, data, information systems, or strategic marketing. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables); Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); Basic knowledge of project management and data structuring. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; Ability to interpret data within a business context and derive actionable insights; Autonomy, attention to detail, and initiative; Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset in multicultural environments; Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
