Join our team as a Plant Master Data Analyst, where you’ll play a critical role in enabling successful new product deployment by ensuring clean, accurate, and production‑ready master data.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of operations, supply chain, engineering, and global data governance, becoming the plant’s go‑to expert for SAP master data that powers every launch, build, and process change.

What You’ll Do?

Own and manage all plant-level ERP/SAP master data, ensuring readiness for new product deployment (NPD) activities.

Create and maintain material master records, oversee life-cycle changes, and activate/obsolete parts aligned with project time-lines.

Collaborate closely with BOM (Bills of Materials), Routing, Procurement, and Quality data owners to ensure launch‑ready data accuracy before parts go live.

Support new module roll-outs, system releases, and project deployments to ensure timely data creation/modification.

Drive continuous improvement by monitoring data quality, cycle times, reporting KPIs, and identifying root causes of errors.

Provide training to key users and ensure proper role assignments and audit compliance.

Partner with regional/global teams to improve data processes, execution speed, and tool performance.

Use data insights to improve operational flow, identify risks, and support strategic plant decisions.

What Will Make You Successful A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business, engineering or related field is required.

Hands-on One Shuttle & SAP experience (S4/HANA preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.

Understanding inventory, BOMs (Bills of Materials), routings, and life-cycle processes.

Ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple data streams.

Experience: with data migration, life-cycle management, or operational roles is a plus.
