We are looking for an organized, creative, and detail‑oriented person to help manage digital marketing content in our through‑channel marketing portal.
This is a temporary entry‑level role where you will learn how to upload, organize, and update marketing materials, support simple content creation, and help keep the portal easy to use.
You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and distributors while learning about digital marketing, design tools, AI tools, and basic UX/UI concepts.
What will you do: Support the Digital Asset Management team with day‑to‑day tasks that help keep our marketing content organized, easy to find, and aligned with brand standards.
You will: Content Upload & Organization Upload marketing assets (images, PDFs, emails, posts) to the portal.
Add tags, organize folders, and set expiration dates.
Ensure all assets follow Schneider Electric brand guidelines.
Content Creation Support Create simple content such as social media graphics, email templates, and one‑page PDFs.
Use Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
Use AI tools to help generate or improve content.
Portal & User Support Help update the “What’s New” section in the portal.
Assist with basic reporting and identify content that may need updates.
Support internal users by answering simple questions and helping onboard new users.
Operational & Process Support Assist with Workfront task updates and tracking spreadsheets.
Work with campaign owners to keep content requests organized.
What will make you successful: Creative and Curious You enjoy trying out new ideas and learning new tools.
You’re comfortable exploring AI tools to speed up content creation.
Organized and Detail‑Oriented You keep track of multiple small tasks and follow instructions carefully.
You pay attention to accuracy when uploading or updating content. A Self‑Starter You manage your time independently once you understand the task.
You are proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity when needed.
Skill Requirements Strong design abilities using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar.
Comfortable prompting and using AI for content creation.
Understanding of brand guidelines and marketing best practices.
Fully proficient in English.
