Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

offer consultative support to sales teams, partners, and end-users.

New Product Launch: develop and implement product launch plan, price positioning, certification processes, trainings, Demo equipment development, Documentation & Marketing Materials: develop technical presentations, catalogues, manuals, and other supporting documents, create promotional materials.

Training & Enablement: organize and conduct training sessions, seminars, and technical workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Sales Strategy & Promotion: develop and execute product launch plans, including e-commerce readiness and certification.

Lead promotional campaigns and coordinate with sales channels to ensure successful execution.

Pricing & Market Positioning: define pricing strategies and market positioning.

Analyse competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Forecasting & Stock Management: organize sales forecasting processes and manage inventory based on analytics and team inputs.

Marketing Planning: Create marketing plans and organize activities such as presentations, exhibitions, and negotiations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with channel leaders to develop promotions, training programs, and initiatives for clients and employees.

Requirements: Higher education in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: in Product Management, Technical roles, or B2B Marketing in the electrical / power equipment industry.

Understanding of the electrical market and low‑voltage power products (ACBs, busway systems, LV enclosures).

Experience: in product launches and go‑to‑market activities (pricing, positioning, trainings) – nice to have.

Ability to provide technical and consultative support to sales teams, partners, and customers.

Experience: in developing product‑ and channel‑specific marketing strategies (including pricing strategy and competitor analysis).

Strong skills in creating technical and marketing materials (presentations, catalogues, manuals) and high self‑organisation, ownership, adaptability.

English – minimum B1; Ukrainian – fluent.

What we are offering: Official salary and official employment.

Annual bonus. 3‑month probationary period.

Partial lunch compensation – UAH 5,000 per month (before tax).

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Possibility of a hybrid work format (3 days in the office, 2 remotely).

Partial compensation for training and/or sports programs.

Corporate laptop.
