This role focuses on both existing customers and new logo acquisition.

Responsibilities span early-stage sales engagement through to qualified pursuit and opportunity closure.

The representative will collaborate closely with Solution Architecture, Tendering, Marketing, Product, and Partner/Delivery teams to drive prescription, shape customer solutions, and deliver competitive tenders — all with the goal of increasing order intake and accelerating ARR and software bookings. RESPONSIBILITIES Pipeline Generation & Qualification Conduct prospecting campaigns targeting both existing customers and new logos to create new software and ARR opportunities.

Qualify customer needs and technical requirements.

Engage with customers to drive opportunity prescription to ensure SE has the best opportunity to win RFPs/Proposals above or inline with SE’s Delegation of Authority (DOA) margin approvals.

Maintain and grow a robust pipeline.

Create a pipeline of qualified opportunities that will allow you to meet/exceed your order intake target.

Meet order intake target and Software/ARR mix target.

Strive to meet your overall order intake target and your SW/ARR order intake/mix target.

This includes attending regular pipeline calls to review your order intake target and show initiative in driving actions that help to increase your chances of meeting or exceeding your SW/ARR order intake target.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with functions both within and outside of the Digital Grid NAM sales team.

Examples of this are as follows: · Work with the solution architect team to drive prescription of Digital Grid technologies and influence technical buying solutions of your customer. · Work with the tendering team to deliver compelling commercial offers and to manage the contract negotiation with the customer. · Work with the marketing team to drive opportunity generation and participate at industry events to showcase our technologies and solutions. · Provide “voice of the customer” feedback to the product team to ensure they have insights into the needs/requirements of your customer. · Collaborate with the partner success team and/or the project delivery team to define the opportunity pursuit strategy that will give SE the best chance of winning the opportunity and the customer the best chance of a successful project.

Competency &

Experience: · 5–10 years of enterprise sales and new business development experience. · Market & Product Knowledge

  • Understanding of utility operations and grid software. · Communication & Relationship Management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Collaboration & Organizational Skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams. · Growth Mindset & Adaptability
  • Willingness to learn evolving grid technologies. · Process orientated – proven ability to drive opportunities from identification to closure within a projected time period.
