What will you do: Drive main employee administration processes from onboarding to offboarding Performs workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, update of HR tools) within a defined process in compliance with local law & regulations Administer personnel files and classify employment related documents Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items Participate on HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors Communicate with local authorities: Labour inspection, National Insurance Institute, National Revenue Agency and similar, providing all mandatory reports (regular and ad hoc) Triage employee enquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information available 24x7 based on subject matter’s expertise Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service delivery.

Experience: and skills we are looking for: University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Psychology 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration & Payroll Proficiency in English Deep knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, Social Security Code, and other relevant local legislation Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time; Ability to take initiative and work well within ambiguous environments Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity.
