Join us as a Service Excellence Marketing Intern to make an impact!

You will join the Services Excellence team where you will work on projects to drive Services team transformation.

About the role Marketing and Communications support Collaborate with the Marcom team to develop and produce marketing content for both internal and external platforms (e.g., newsletters, social media, intranet updates, campaign materials, videos, and event-related communications).

Manage the Services Community Portal by updating content, improving structure, and ensuring information is organised and easy to navigate.

Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learn sharing sessions for cross-department stakeholders.

Campaign Support Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and service-related campaigns.

Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, stakeholder interactions, and necessary administrative follow-ups.

Conduct research to generate insights for campaigns, including audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry best practices.

Support post-campaign evaluations through documentation, insights consolidation, and recommendations for future improvements.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
