Champion data quality, security, and compliance standards across all analytics initiatives.

Strategic Thinking & Innovation Translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies and technology roadmaps.

Identify emerging trends in AI, predictive analytics, and workforce insights to shape future capabilities.

Influence senior leadership on data-driven decision-making and workforce planning strategies.
