Your Mission: Utilize designs based on industrial and technological requirements to guarantee product / process performance meets customers and Schneider's specifications (quality / delivery / cost). Ensure the testability of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and product. Create the specification of the test equipment. Select subcontractors and follow up the implementation and qualification of the test (Hardware & Software), in accordance with the principles of SPS (Schneider Production System). Main activities: Carry out industrialization pre-studies and submit investment files for new means of test for approval. For new offers, ensures the testability of PCBA & Electronic product. Search for the most cost-effective and efficient solutions by considering different investment scenarios and thoroughly studying feasibility (manufacturability, testability, and adjustability of the product). Manage industrialization projects for testing resources, respecting the allocated budget, defined deadlines, and quality objectives. Study, propose, ensure the implementation of innovative solutions to promote the recycling and reuse of old means of production and ensure the sustainability of new production lines. For manufacturing, strongly contributes to the continuous improvement actions for the test equipment.
