Joining Schneider Electric as an Offer Quality Leader means becoming a key player in ensuring the reliability and excellence of our solutions at the heart of our most strategic technologies: e‑Mobility, energy storage systems, and EV chargers. You will play a decisive role in defining, securing, and continuously improving the quality of our offers, guiding product teams toward robust, high‑performance, and customer‑centric solutions. In an agile, innovative, and collaborative environment, you will act as the guardian of the customer voice throughout the entire development cycle. You will contribute to high‑impact business topics including quality strategy, risk analysis, reliability, problem‑solving, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help shape products that stand out on the market. Your missions : Define quality goals and strategy for the offer and validate it through the definition of "Done to reach Customer" promises, all that supported by Agile approach. Ensure that risks are identified, shared and actions are done to mitigate them. Support the Product Owner to capture Customer needs to feed Application & Mission Profile (i.e. Application FMEA). Support Design & Industrialization to reach Robustness & Reliability goals following quality fundamentals (DFSR, APQP...). Lead Problems solving (Issue to Prevention) with effective Root Cause Analysis and ensure that corrective and preventive action prioritization in the backlogs. Validate derogations with Supply Chain or request stop of production to the CS&Q manager. Support the Offer Safety Officer in Offer Safety Process and Literature reviews. Lead the application of Directives related to End-to-End Quality Produt (ex: DirQ32 for collaboration between LoB and plants). In coordination with the Chapter Leader, you develop the team accountability for the Excellence of Quality & Customer Experience. (Build-in Quality). Be ambassador of quality culture, risks prevention and continuous improvement. Your profile : Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics or firmware engineering. 3 to 5 years' experience in a Quality position. Knowledge in System Engineering and Software Quality Fundamentals. Knowledge of quality methods and tools : DFSR, FMEA, FTA, functional analysis, 8D, ... Team spirit, felxibility and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Strong ownership and customer-first oriented. Ability to manage urgent situations and take decisions, proactive risk management. Ability to present trade-offs and recommendations to leadership and customers. Experience in manufacturing quality is a plus. Knowledge in Digital and/or Systems and/or Services is a plus. Fluent in French and in English is required. Travel & Working Conditions : Travel : ~10-20% (mostly in EU) for factory visits, supplier audits, lab/field investigations, and customer/site interactions.
