About the role Within our People Data Hub, we manage employee data in our internal Talent Link system, supporting more than 46,000 employees across Europe.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and people‑focused People Data Operations Specialist to support our HR teams across Europe.

This role sits at the heart of employee data administration, ensuring accurate HR data, smooth employee lifecycle management, and high‑quality support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners; and interest in improving our processes, including light automation.

Location: & commitments: full-time job, Fixed-Term contract until the end of the year, with a high chance of extension if the candidate performs well, Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street), hybrid model.

What you will do Manage People Data Administration across the employee lifecycle (hire, change, exit) Maintain, update, and validate employee data in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance Process employee changes and data mutations in line with local and global policies Prepare and deliver HR data reports and analysis related to employee administration Support employees, managers, and HR Business Partners via ticketing tools and email on HR data–related topics Participate in continuous improvement of HR data and operational processes Collaborate with HR teams across countries to ensure consistent ways of working Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the People Data Operations team Support light automation or digital improvements (e.g. improved workflows, system enhancements, data checks) interest is sufficient What you bring

Experience: or strong interest in HR administration, People Data, or HR operations Good understanding of HR data flows and employee lifecycle processes High attention to detail and strong data‑quality mindset Ability to work in a shared services / international environment Customer‑oriented approach and strong teamwork skills Clear communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Interest in data, digital tools, and improving ways of working Bonus / Nice to have
