Software Marketing Specialist – Resource Advisor+ Note: Candidates are required to submit their CV in English The Software Marketing Specialist is a skilled individual contributor who plays a key role in executing, optimizing, and supporting high‑quality marketing campaigns for the newly launched AI‑native software platform, Resource Advisor+. You will be part of a global sustainability marketing team, collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners to support marketing activities across thought leadership, demand generation, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement in a fast‑evolving SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Execution Support and execute a digital‑first marketing plan aligned with business revenue targets for the software portfolio. Leverage paid, owned, and earned channels, with a strong focus on digital performance marketing tactics. Track results, analyze performance, and support ongoing optimization efforts. Bring curiosity and a test‑and‑learn mindset to explore new approaches to reach potential customers. Content Creation & Campaign Support Create or coordinate the development of engaging marketing assets independently or in partnership with external agencies. Contribute to customer‑centric storytelling that drives interest and lead generation. Content may include digital ads, videos, social media assets, guides, e Books, blog posts, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with value propositions Sustainability & Software Marketing Knowledge Build a strong understanding of sustainability trends, regulations, SaaS solutions, and the competitive landscape. Support positioning and differentiation of the platform within the growing sustainability software market. Customer‑Focused Marketing Support targeting of different user personas across regions by tailoring messaging and materials. Contribute to campaigns that generate marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs) and support pipeline growth. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product, sustainability teams) to ensure alignment, timeliness, and effective execution of marketing activities. Share campaign updates, results, and insights with the broader team. Measurement & Insights Track campaign performance, analyze results, and support reporting on effectiveness. Use insights and historical data to suggest improvements and best practices for future campaigns.
