Overview: The SAO Communications & AI Enablement Intern will support the Strategic Accounts Organization team by elevating how we capture, communicate, and celebrate success across the organization.

This role combines creative storytelling with emerging technology exploration to help modernize SAO’s internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging internal newsletters that highlight team updates, wins, and key initiatives Draft project spotlight narratives that showcase outcomes, impact, and best practices Collect and curate success stories from teams across the organization Explore, test, and evaluate emerging AI tools that can streamline communications and project workflows Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Interest in communications, marketing, organizational development, or similar fields Curiosity around AI tools and new technologies Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Highly organized with strong attention to detail Let us learn about you!
