Your Role Be Schneider Electric’s leading technical expert for EV Charging Infrastructure.

This role will support and drive growth across our full Charging, Electrical and Software solution portfolio, with a strong focus on the customer experience & technical expertise on the full hardware & software stack, technology ecosystem & regulatory landscape.

This role will focus on Public Enroute station solutions and Depot charging solutions, helping to passenger and commercial vehicles from charger to the power grid.

This is a ‘techno-commercial’ role where the candidate must understand targeted markets, work with customers to design & present solutions and help guide Schneider Electric’s broader technical & commercial strategy.

Your Missions Customer-Centric Solution Design (50% of time) Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and pain points.

Design tailored solutions for public fast charging networks and private fleet depots.

Clarify and communicate use cases to both customers and internal teams.

Support must win pursuits by working with & supporting local country accounts on technical, commercial, and tendering activities.

Drive prescription activities and define points of influence with customers at a commercial and technical level.

Including communication, software, cybersecurity, electric distribution design etc.

Articulate our value proposition in front of customers & partners Master the presentation of our standard architecture, including charging and electrical hardware, control systems, digital infrastructure & services.

Develop and deliver technical presentations to CTOs, COOs and senior stakeholders.

Technical Expertise & Architecture Development( 30%) Develop (or contribute to develop) reference architectures and playbooks for different charging sites Coordinate and arbitrate between solution components and product teams, such as power mngt. systems, load mgmt. systems, and Charge Point Mmgt.

Systems (CPMS), Chargers, Cyber Security.

Identify technical gaps and determine the roadmap for solution functions & architecture Work with Internal solution owners to prioritize, usecases, roadmaps and R&D features to meet application needs.

Help translate technical features into economic and sustainability benefits (ROI, TCO, energy efficiency).

Training & Evangelism (20%) Support and train pre-sales engineers and solution architects across different geographies on Fast Charging Applications through webinars, digital learning sessions etc. on key offers and architectures.

Act as a technical evangelist for Schneider Electric’s fast charging solutions.

Cover & influence technical standards affecting the utility industry Your Profile Domain and

Industry:Experience: +5 years of hands-on experience in EV charging infrastructure projects and +10 years in engineering design, technical consulting, or system integration domains.

Former Chief Technical Resource, Operations Manager, Fleet Electrification SME at leading Charge Point Operators, electric fleet logistics operating companies, or transit authorities.

Experience: in technical teams managing large-scale EV infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with control room operations and digital integration challenges.

Technology Expertise Proven experience in designing, implementing, operating, or maintaining: Medium, low voltage and substations. DC fast charging solutions from leading DCFC vendors.

Digital systems used in EV infrastructure (e.g., CPMS, Load management, Fleet and scheduling systems) and OT protocols OCPP, Modbus, VDV. battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrids, and energy optimization.

Knowledge ancillary services usescases, protocols and technology bricks, Other: Strong communication skills, ease articulating and simplifying complex technical concepts, very effective use conceptual tools to organize and communicate use cases, architectures and Value propositions.

English a must, multilingual capabilities (especially French or German) are an advantage.
