主要职责描述: 对公司产品及友商产品的技术及市场表现进行分析,并能结合行业及市场需求,及时规划和调整产品策略、市场定位;使公司的产品在生产销售,技术发展,成本管理等产品方面得到有效的管理;确保产品为公司持续创造价值。 岗位职责 1. 策划并执行中压元件产品的行业及市场调研活动,并定期提供及更新相关分析报告; 2. 参与制定所负责产品的发展目标、产品策略、市场定位及商务政策等; 3. 追踪并分析公司产品的市场表现,并及时调整相关政策; 4. 基于行业及市场调研、现有产品表现,及时提出并参与编写产品/功能开发需求 (offer requirement); 5. 参与并支持产品/功能开发项目,特别是市场需求功能的实现及客户价值的识别及评估; 6. 制定产品推广计划,支持销售市场活动,如产品推广会、技术澄清、客户咨询和客户来访等。 Qualifications 任职资格 本科及以上学历,机械或电气工程相关专业毕业 3年以上,电气行业产品技术、市场相关工作经验 熟悉开关行业产品(国内、国外),熟悉电气行业相关标准 较强的英语听说读写能力 熟练使用办公软件 较强的综合分析能力和判断能力;较强的沟通协调,跨部门合作能力 Schedule: Full-time Req: 009K2G
