We’re looking for a passionate Process Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, improving operations, and driving innovation in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What Will You Do?

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manufacturing excellence.

In this role, you will: Process Design & Optimization Develop, refine, and improve manufacturing/production processes for efficiency, safety, and cost reduction.

Lead process modeling, studies, and qualification activities to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.

Process Analysis & Troubleshooting Use data analytics, simulation tools, and problem‑solving methodologies to diagnose issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Drive root‑cause investigations and corrective action implementation.

Compliance & Quality Ensure all processes comply with internal quality systems, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.

Support audit readiness and participate in quality governance activities when required.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support change management as new processes, equipment, or systems are introduced.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?

Education: & Background Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process design environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong foundation in mechanical/industrial engineering principles.

Proficiency in data analysis, simulation tools, and statistical problem‑solving methods.

Experience: with CAD software, process modeling tools, and ERP systems.

Solid project management capabilities (resource planning, budgets, scheduling).

Certifications (Preferred) Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) PMP certification Safety certifications (OSHA, NFPA‑related, etc.) Personality & Working Style Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking.

Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical partners.

Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of leading cross‑functional initiatives.
