About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Rebate & Pricing Coordinator to play a key role in the execution and integrity of our national pricing and rebate programs. This role is essential to ensuring pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration across Sales, Channel, Finance, and Commercial Operations teams. If you are detail‑oriented, analytical, and motivated by working with complex data in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, this role offers meaningful impact and visibility. Schneider Electric’s Pricing Agreement Rebate Program is a critical commercial lever used to credit distributors for negotiated pricing on designated products. As the Rebate & Pricing Coordinator, you will help ensure that customer pricing agreements are accurately set up, maintained, and executed across multiple systems, supporting both internal teams and external partners across Canada. You will work closely with Sales, Channel Representatives, Accounts Receivable (AR), Claims Management, and Price Authorizers. Your main responsibilities: Create, maintain, and update customer pricing agreements using internal pricing tools Ensure pricing accuracy and timely updates across all pricing and rebate systems Act as a point of contact for pricing‑related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Investigate, resolve, and follow up on pricing claims and discrepancies Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, Claims, Price Authorizers, and AR teams Support invoice matching, reconciliation, and clearing in collaboration with Accounts Receivable Maintain a high standard of data quality, accuracy, and compliance in pricing‑sensitive entries What will help you succeed 3+ years of experience coordinating pricing agreements, rebate program, sales operations, or in a similar role Strong proficiency with SAP Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong collaboration and communication skills Functional knowledge of English and French is required.
