• Department: Schneider Digital / E.IT MX & CAM - Reports to: Manager or Product Owner

• Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) Role Purpose

• Responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing technology solutions, supporting platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives while acting as a strategic liaison between IT and business units.

• Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Translate functional needs into technical specifications.

• Support configuration, testing, and deployments.

• Provide

Level: 2/3 support and ensure SLA compliance.

• Serve as the strategic link between business units and IT.
• Understand business priorities, processes and pain points.
• Translate business needs into IT demand
• Identify technological opportunities that drive business value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in similar IT roles.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise apps.
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Bilingual 100% (Eng/Spa) Core Competencies
