About the role:
The Project Manager will lead strategic industrialization programs.
The Project Manager is responsible for achieving Program objectives. S/he works closely with the Industrial Team Lead and Management Team to execute the plan to achieve Program objectives.
The Project Manager has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the Program deliverables are created and in which they will be used.
The Project Manager must be an excellent communicator at all levels within the Program environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, be able to influence and be able to adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed Program environment.
What do you get to do in this position?
Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resources, and budget commitments reflected in the Program Management Plan.
Drive and support the cross-functional Program Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Industrialization Leader.
Implement and enforce change control over Program scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Negotiate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills.
Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the Program team’s scope of responsibility.
Continually identify and proactively manage Program risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure.
Monitor the Program and report the Program status to management on a regular basis.

This job might be for you if you have: You have an Industrial Engineering degree and/or Construction Management experience.
At least 2 -3 years of experience in construction management, manufacturing operations, or process improvement.
Strong understanding of finance and cost accounting Fluent English Demonstrated ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving organization.
At least 3 years of Project management (Strong project leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously) Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Leadership skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, ability to influence without authority, problem-solver, Self-Motivated.
