Agile Project Manager Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): Lead and manage complex global projects in Power electronics domain Possess strong knowledge in the end-to-end product development lifecycle specific to power electronics products and systems.

Demonstrated ability to comprehend and integrate diverse functional domains for project delivery—such as Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Supply Chain Drive cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards Proactively Anticipate project risks, conduct risk management sessions, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare and manage project budgets and align with financial controllers Work with Industrialization and supply chain team to transfer the product to manufacturing Provide leadership and decision-making support in complex project scenarios.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.

Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practices.

Desired Qualifications / Requirements BE/B Tech Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical Must be PMP certified, CSM/PSM certification is added advantage Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience Minimum 10 years of experience in working with R&D or Product development domain Proven track record in handling complex global projects Good Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral & written communication in English.
