Mission: We are looking for a marketing manager to take full marketing ownership for a given customer channel, in this case Consultants, to adapt and execute channel growth action plans, ensuring channel saturation (specifically the tail), specifying full width of wallet, manage the customer portfolio, and execute the digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Understanding who are the key customers in the market - who is winning the spec work and how this links to our coverage model and how we cover and target them across all areas of the business Defining channel value proposition, sales content, offer demos, training content Planning, creating, and executing consultant‑focused training programmes, events, and customer engagement activities, ensuring measurable impact against defined KPIs such as specification growth, pipeline creation, and tool adoption Deploying global programs & badges where appropriate. Key KPI's to measure success Build a full marketing plan considering all priorities and initiatives incorporating paid and owned media and all tiers of your customer pyramid Own and manage the Consultants channel marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and balancing investment across activities to maximise impact Manage key software with the Consultants channel and have a clear plan to help grow the KPI's linked to each tool Be the link between Line of Business and Account managers to help deliver and support the account strategic plans Skills and attributes: Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is preferred Qualification and/or experience in Marketing is preferred Experience in a comparable company environment with exposure to technical and commercial channel management At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
