This role is predominately focused on working with our indirect direct customers (mainly panel builders and intalers) and is considered as the face of Schneider Electric.

The responsibilities of the Sales Representative for panel builders is to ensure continuity and growth of business with current and new customers.

Job description: Member of the Commercial Industrial Building Team in charge of Serbia and Montenegro Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with Panel Builder (direct and indirect sales) Closely work with distributors to manage their customers together (implementation of PB action plan) Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities Organize and execute technical training and promotion of our offer and solutions Clearly understand competitors’ business strategy and position of Schneider Electric’s goods and services on the market (vs competition) Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports Helping Support and Maintenance team handle issues reported by customers More than 50% of the time in front of the customer (face-to-face or digitally)

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following key skills/experience:

Technical background - preferably electrical engineering Previous experience in sales of electrical goods (3 years or more) Good communication and organizational skills Goal and target oriented Fluent in written and spoken English Passion for learning and continuous improvements
