As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and improves organizational performance.

Training Needs Assessment: collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs Program Development: design and creating training materials Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and participation registration Training Delivery: Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and maintain records of training activities and participant progress Knowledge of Quality Modules Standards.
