Role Overview: Deploy Business Processes and Implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solutions: Drive the deployment of business processes and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions with a focus on template adherence, simplification, and scalability and operational efficiency.

Ensure Adoption: Promote the adoption of standardized processes, data, and analytics solutions across the assigned domain for respective business model, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.

Transform Processes: Lead the transition from current-state to future-state processes, ensuring compliance with digital architecture principles, business, and data governance standards.

Support Local Transformation: Facilitate local business transformation initiatives, contributing to tangible value creation and business impact.

Escalate Improvement Requests: Make the link with the Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) by communicating needs for enhancements or adaptations in solution design within the domain.

Stakeholder Management: Engage and coordinate regularly with GBPOs, domain stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure strategic alignment.

Set up and lead regular interlock sessions to review vision, priorities, gaps and roadblocks within the domain.

What will you do: Ensure implementation of the best fit processes and solution by applying standards considering country specific cases(legal and statutory) Drive and coordinate the data readiness in respective business model according to the process/template thru data value mapping, data quality and cleansing activities till cutover and successful go-live Lead the Fit-to-Template workshops by showcasing the solution exist and collect all findings in processes, business transformations required, solutions gaps, configurations required, etc Define the test scope, provide the test scenarios to be testes and support local team in testing activities and validate the results with entities Lead local cutover deployment within respective Business model by supporting Cutover lead with the planning, technical steps, data and other support required Secure the trainers are ready to train the end-users by localizing the standard materials coming from the template methodology/documentation Accept the handover of best-of-breed tools deployment and drive the business transformations and tools implementation Develop and engage the network of local/regional/global business process owners · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Deep knowledge of business model (Projects & Services, Transactional & software) or domain (Order to Cash, Finance, Data or Supply Chain) at process level Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives and business process optimization projects Background in ERP systems (implementation and usage), especially SAP is an advantage

Experience: in managing cross-cultural, cross-functional, and multi-business area projects.

Solid project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience: working with Schneider Digital is a plus Understanding business processes, systems, tools and customers.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively Problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplification and standardization Comfortable working in a matrix organization and across remote, cross-functional teams Clear and effective communication adapted to various audiences Active listening, openness, curiosity, and self-motivation Influencing and consensus-building abilities across diverse cultural and organizational contexts Fluent in English Agile and transformational mindset Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a multicultural, cross-functional environment Let us learn about you!
