Join our dynamic team as an Integration Engineering Professional and drive innovation at the intersection of electronics and mechanics!

We're seeking a talented individual to lead complex electromechanical solutions and make a lasting impact on our product development.

What will you do: Lead and execute structural, dynamic, and multiphysics FEM analyses (static, modal, thermal, fatigue, nonlinear, etc.).

Develop, implement, and maintain Model-Based Design (MBD) architectures using MATLAB/Simulink.

Build co-simulation environments that integrate FEM outputs into MBD frameworks when needed.

Partner with design, test, and product engineering teams to correlate simulations with physical testing.

Document assumptions, boundary conditions, results, and design recommendations in clear technical reports.

Communicate results to U.S.-based customers and internal stakeholders in clear, fluent English.

Support design reviews by recommending structural improvements based on analysis findings.

Contribute to best practices, standard procedures, and simulation automation initiatives within the team.

What will make you successful: Proven track record in electromechanical system design and integration, with expertise in both electronic and mechanical components Strong technical leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional team environments Mastery of multiple specialized skills in electromechanical and electrotechnical domains Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts What's in it for you: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis using tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Opti Struct, or similar.

Proven experience with Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink (control systems, system‑level modeling, or simulation automation).

Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, material behavior, and multiphysics interactions.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) for customer communication.

Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo or Solid Works for geometry preparation, simplification, and design collaboration.

Experience: with scripting or automation (MATLAB, Python).

Exposure to electromechanical systems, powertrain components, or thermal‑structural coupling.

Familiarity with DOE, optimization, or surrogate modeling.

Experience: collaborating with test labs for simulation/validation correlation.
