Roles and Responsibilities (Technical): Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the Digital Energy sector. Offer Development: Develop and refine software sales offers, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to provide training, tools, and resources that enhance their ability to sell software solutions effectively. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Performance Metrics: Analyze sales performance and market feedback, providing actionable insights for offer improvements and marketing strategies. Roles and Responsibilities (Behavioral): Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to offer management. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and promote software solutions. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conveying technical information in an accessible manner. Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance offer visibility and market reach. Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends and adapt offer strategies to meet changing customer needs and market dynamics. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Competencies Required: Strong understanding of Numerical Protection Relays and Energy Automation solutions. Understanding of Power Landscape of Indian market Understanding of various applications of protection relays Experience in offer management or product management, preferably in the energy management or power systems. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
