From day 1 an Agile, Transformative, and Inspiring program awaits you, where you’ll combine your hands-on work experience (being actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams) with training and mentoring, and the development of a project sponsored by a member of our management committee. 🌟 We are looking for people like you, who are willing to embrace this challenge and develop the potential you have within. 🏢 Description of the Department/Project: The Pre Fab Modular Data Center Systems integrates Schneider products into modular enclosures, test the systems in the factory and deliver the final solution to the country of destination.
You will be part of the Europe team to support the region.
During the program, you will rotate in 3 different departments within the Data Center Systems Line of Business depending on your interests.
On each department you will support each team to define technical solutions, prepare commercial offers, and execute projects end to end for Modular Data Center Systems. 🚀 What will you do?
In this role, you will develop both technical and cross‑functional skills while contributing directly to real customer projects.
As part of the team, you will: Gain extensive knowledge of Schneider Electric products, equipment and integrated solutions.
Learn the fundamentals of Data Center systems and how to design them effectively.
Understand the Customer Project Process end‑to‑end, from specifications to delivery.
Prepare technical and commercial offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
Learn to use Autodesk REVIT and apply it to engineering layouts and project documentation.
Coordinate projects from a cross‑department perspective, collaborating with solution architects, technical leaders, procurement, supply chain and subject‑matter experts.
Apply agile methodologies to manage tasks, priorities and project milestones efficiently.
Develop clear, reliable and effective communication with the main stakeholders involved in each opportunity.
Manage communication flows between customers, Schneider entities and factories, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
Contribute as a Pre Fab Engineer to projects of simple to medium complexity by preparing proposals, validating technical feasibility and supporting a cross‑functional quotation and project team.
During the program, you will rotate in 3 different department in which you will have different functions and responsibilities: 1.
Engineering: Documentation management and coordination between technical disciplines to meet client requirements.
Internal task tracking, BOM development and design optimisation in accordance with regulations.
Smooth communication with SME, Project Manager, Engineering, Drafting and Industrialisation. 2.
Production: Participation in continuous improvement projects on site (digitalisation, stock, planning, 5S) Preparation of detailed BOMs and definition of procurement strategies.
Collaboration with Engineering, SMEs and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality. 3.
Tendering: Responsible for simple to medium-complexity tenders, analysing RFQs and preparing cost estimates.
Conducting risk analyses, handing over to the implementation team and preparing tender documentation.
Effective communication with the Tender Manager, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, SMEs and factories. 🔍 If you are: Fresh graduate in an Engineering discipline, Electrical or Energy Engineering preferable Be able to start a 1-year program in June 2026.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Influence and convince skills.
Foster cooperation and people motivation in a multi-cultural environment and different time zone.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Computer tools at user level: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD 2D.
Some knowledge on Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk Construction Cloud could be valuable.
Proven skills in written and oral communication of technical information.
