Join our dynamic team as an Engineering Manager for the Electromechanical Multiproduct team and lead the charge in building strong engineering capabilities while delivering high‑quality, innovative electromechanical solutions across our product portfolio.
We are looking for a passionate technical leader to develop people, define technical standards, and ensure electromechanical excellence across multiple product teams on our Energy Management, Power Products Equipment team.
What will you do: Lead, coach, and develop a chapter of electromechanical engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and a strong engineering culture across multiple product teams Define, standardize, and evolve electromechanical engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices across the full product development lifecycle Act as the technical point of contact for electromechanical discipline topics for the electromechanics and mechanical design program engineers Ensure consistent, high‑quality electromechanical engineering execution, balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, safety, and cost Partner with product offer development, systems, electrical, mechanical, industrial design, and manufacturing teams to: Resolve complex technical challenges Propose robust electromechanical design solutions and architecture improvements Plan, prioritize, and allocate engineering resources, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time to meet program and operational objectives Conduct and promote technical reviews, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives across products Present technical direction, risks, and recommendations to senior management, supporting decisions on product evolution, technology investments, and organizational capability development Stay ahead of emerging electromechanical technologies and industry trends, enabling knowledge sharing and long‑term technical growth What's in it for you: Shape the electromechanical engineering direction across multiple product teams by defining standards, best practices, and long‑term technical strategies Lead and grow a chapter of electromechanical engineers, developing people, competencies, and future technical leaders Build lasting organizational capabilities, strengthening how electromechanical engineering is practiced, shared, and scaled across the portfolio Influence product quality, reliability, and performance by ensuring consistent, high‑quality electromechanical solutions throughout the product lifecycle Work at the intersection of technology, people, and strategy, with visibility and impact across engineering, product development, and leadership teams Advance your leadership career in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment while staying closely connected to real engineering challenges Requirements: Proven experience leading and developing technical engineering teams, ideally in electromechanical or multidisciplinary product environments Strong background in electromechanical system design, integration, and product development across medium‑ to large‑scale portfolios Demonstrated ability to define and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices across teams Excellent analytical, system-thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to tackle non‑routine and complex technical challenges Strong people‑management capabilities, including coaching, competency development, and performance management Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, from engineers to senior leadership Ability to make independent decisions related to resources, technical approaches, and tactical operations, with moderate to large impact on cost, quality, and delivery Advanced English
