The responsibilities of the Solution Architecture Expert in Support organization involve software enhancements design, incidents triage, system updates delivery and variety of other activities required to satisfy our customer’s needs. The area of expertise for this position is mostly oriented towards the ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) solution architecture and infrastructure.
