• External To lead Industrialization phase for project development (OLM, Agile) To ensure the consistency and lead the industrialization of new projects (product cost, resourses and budget, quality, planning) for electromechanical or electronics product To analyze the marketing inputs & check through simulations the feasibility of the project objectives To orient the product concept and technical choices towards the solution of meeting required quality, easy manufacturability, most competetive product cost & lead time, starting from the anticipation through OLM process To define the global supply chain in collaboration with industrial strategy team, purchasing & logistics of distribution and estimate the product cost for the different options To manage the manufacturing process qualification in collaboration with Manufacturing in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer to the plant To lead Industrialization Project in OLM To lead industrialization project according to SPS rule & OLM process   资格 Qualifications

Required skills & knowledge for the position:

Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products or electronics   Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes (Parts & Tooling, PCBA, Assembly, Test,...) & Supply chain (end to end from upstream to downstream)   Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment    2.

Required Educational Background & Professional:

Experience: University degree in Engineering Preferable 5 years industrial experience with 3 years Industrial project management experience 3.
