Position : Deputy Manager Transformer Production

Location: : Vadodara

Education: : Min Qualification : Bachelor in Electrical Engg

Experience: : 4+ years of relevant experience in oil type transformer manufacturing, having detailed knowledge & understanding of transformer manufacturing process upto 100 MVA / 132 KV.

Exposure : Key Responsibilities of the role Ensuring 100% compliance to safety, quality & HR policies in the shift while supervising the Operators to get the targeted output.

Supervising and managing team of Operators on the production line, ensuring maximum output in the shift.

Plan and coordinate with other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure availability of resources (material, manpower etc) in the shift.

Shall be able to read and understand the engineering drawings of sub-assemblies, Candidate shall be able to lead production meetings with other stakeholders, Shall be able to do day-to-day trouble shooting in production area, Basic understanding of Quality Fundamentals like root cause analysis, quality checks & stage inspection requirements, Behavioural Requirements : Positive mindset with go-getter approach, shall have ability to manage work pressure / high demanding situations on shop floor, Ready to work in shifts, Languages Fluency desired : Gujarati, Hindi & English Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
