＜主な職務内容＞

• 顧客戦略の構築：顧客のビジネス目標を理解し、顧客戦略策定します。Cレベルとのエンゲージメントを行い、顧客価値の最大化を目指します。

戦略を定期的に見直、調整し、継続的なSAPのポジショニングと価値提供を実現します。

• クラウドビジネスの成長促進：顧客戦略目標に沿い、SAP展開範囲の拡大、既存契約の更新、維持、拡張に注力します。パイプラインを管理し、導入パートナー様へとのエンゲージメントを行います。クラウドの導入と利用を成功に導き、クラウド移行の価値を明確に示し、顧客価値を最大化します。

• 社内連携：顧客価値の最大化のため、部門横断的な連携を促進します。
