Our company is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and solution-oriented UI Engineering Contractor based in Serbia to aid our team in modifying our user interface. This contract position mainly revolves around upgrading our interface to align with new CSS standards adopted company wide.

Location: Serbia
Duration: 6 months

What you'll do:

• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to validate the compatibility of new CSS releases with current applications.

• Enhance the usability and visual appeal of the applications, ensuring they align with the new CSS standards.

• Collaborate with our graphics and design teams to bring our user interface vision to life.

• Address and troubleshoot UI issues or bugs, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency of the web or desktop applications.

• Adopt a streamlined approach to make timely adjustments to our UI as new CSS standards are launched.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the global development team to ensure coding standard compliance.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in UI engineering, and web development specifically related to CSS.

• Proficient knowledge of modern CSS standards.

• Proficient in software versioning tools (Git).

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote working environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering delightful user experiences.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Understanding of backend tech (Java, Spring Boot) to facilitate full-stack collaboration.
