What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP i Xp Intern – Delivery Operations in CAS Cloud Application Services Americas

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Expected start date: April 2026

• Support the Delivery Center Americas Management Team and CAS Engagements;

• Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept)

• Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation;

• Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios;

• Interaction with Global Teams and SAP Customers;

• Upskill in Analytics and continuous improvement for real cases;

• Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations;

• Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Current studying Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly;

• Takes initiative;

• Fluent in English (verbal and written);

• Spanish is desirable;

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills;

• Energetic and goal oriented;

• ITIL principles (ITIL/ITSM/AMS) is a plus;

• Excel is a plus

• PowerBI/DAX/Power Query is a plus;

• Agile Methods and Lean Services is a plus.

• Americas” successfully supports local and global customers from various industries in maintenance, daily operation, and ongoing functional support of their SAP business applications.
