PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within the SAP Adoption Service Center – Digital Finance Practice Unit in Slovakia, we are seeking an experienced Services Architecture Expert with proven expertise in implementing and optimizing **SAP Finance and Controlling (SAP FI/CO)**solutions in S/4HANA environments.

This role focuses on driving end-to-end digital finance transformation, supporting customers in aligning financial processes, cost controlling models, and reporting structures with SAP best practices across cloud and on-premise landscapes

What You’ll Build

• Support customers with SAP implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities in S/4HANA Finance / Controlling, both Cloud and On-Premise.

• Lead design and delivery in core CO areas such as:
  Cost Center Accounting (CCA),Profit Center Accounting (PCA),Internal Orders,Product Costing,Profitability Analysis (CO-PA),Universal Allocation, and Margin Analysis.

• Configure and integrate SAP FI/CO processes with Procurement, Sales, Projects, Logistics, and Asset Management.

• Plan and run design workshops and support customers with SAP Best Practice adoption.

• Create deliverables such as Functional Specifications, Process Definition Documents (PDD/BDD), Business Process Procedures (BPP), test plans, cutover strategy, data migration approach, and user training materials.

• Contribute to proposal development and presales activities with Bid Management,Sales, and Delivery teams, helping shape service offerings and value propositions.

• Collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams in an agile working environment.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience delivering Controlling business processes in S/4HANA, including integration to other modules.

• Deep knowledge of cost accounting principles, profitability analysis, and end-to-end financial closing processes.

• Experience with S/4HANA system configuration, including Fiori applications and modern reporting frameworks.

• Ability to lead customer workshops, gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project implementation methodologies, especially SAP Activate and Solution Manager.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Team player mindset and ability to work in diverse, global environments.

• SAP Certification in FI/CO is a plus.

• English and Slovak language required; German is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred (not mandatory)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• S/4HANA Implementation experience is required, with at least 5 full-cycle implementations preferred.

• 8–15 years of relevant SAP FI/CO consulting experience.

• Experience working with S/4HANA Cloud is preferred.

• Industry experience in Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, or similar verticals is beneficial
