What you’ll build

In this role, you’ll own and shape the direction of Concur Travel Administration, delivering capabilities that solve real customer problems and drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to influence product direction, deliver meaningful outcomes, and contribute to building a product that drives real impact at scale.

You’ll define and evolve a product roadmap that improves how customers manage their travel program administration, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. This role is critical to ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of product capabilities.

Your work will directly impact customer experience, product adoption, and growth, helping build a scalable, differentiated product in a fast-evolving market.

What you’ll do

  • Define a strong product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, informed by market research and competitive analysis, while ensuring market fit, viability, user adoption, and growth of the product.
  • Develop an outcome-focused product roadmap based on customer needs and business impact, while prioritizing internal investments through build, buy, or partner analysis frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design and data) to build and launch, and partner with marketing, sales, ecosystem and customer support to ensure product success
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories, while establishing continuous planning with product teams using agile methodologies.
  • Present updates to executives, aligning teams around key decisions, while translating technical details into business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers and partners to validate solutions and identify new opportunities
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to inform product direction
  • Use data to measure success and continuously improve product performance and user experience

What you bring

  • Experience in product management or a similar role delivering digital products
  • Proven ability to own product areas and drive outcomes, not just features
  • Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, design, and business teams
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product solutions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in Business Travel, GDS, TMC is a plus
