What you'll build

In this role, you will take on operational tasks, working independently or as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks, working with internal tools like EPPM, Lucid

• Monitoring process compliance and compliance to SAP-wide standards

• Creation of regular reports creating transparency for our teams

• Conducting data analysis and producing visual reports (e.g. using PowerPoint, Excel, BW)

• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating end-to-end processes to enhance team efficiency

What you bring

You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Management, or another relevant field

• Strong Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office

• Outlook, Word, Excel, Share Point

• Fluent in German and English (business level)

• Initial project management experience is a plus

• Familiarity with other software tools (e.g. SAP solutions) is a plus

• Coming to the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is required at least once a week

• Reliability and open, transparent communication across all levels

• The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into clear, visual concepts (e.g. through charts or diagrams)

Your work will ensure operational excellence for and transparency towards our internal teams.
