Project Implementation & Support: • Assist in the delivery of SF module implementations (e.g., Employee Central, GMPM) by participating in requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. • Provide day-to-day system maintenance, user training, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations. 2. Business Process Optimization: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and design SF-based solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. 3. Client Collaboration & Communication: • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure project alignment. 4. Knowledge Development & Team Collaboration: • Stay updated with SF best practices and industry trends through continuous learning and knowledge sharing. • Support senior consultants and cross-functional teams in complex project scenarios. Requirements: 1. Education & Certification: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus. 2. Technical Skills: • Proficient in SF module configuration, basic ABAP knowledge, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO). • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite. 3. Language & Communication: • English: Fluent in written and verbal communication for global client interactions. • Optional: Japanese proficiency for specific client requirements. 4. Experience & Soft Skills: • 0-2 years of experience in SF implementation, preferably within an ERP/SaaS environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
