SAP Customer Experience (CX) is a line of business organization (LoB) as part of a matrix sales structure. CX belongs to one of the top three strategic focuses of SAP globally and is major contributor to the growth in SAPs global cloud business. The CX solution portfolio is the most comprehensive in the market (a leader in analysts’ reports and quadrants in the areas we compete in) and enables companies of all sizes to manage their customers in today’s demanding customer centric environment. It is often used to transform the business into the digital world covering processes in Digital Commerce, Customer Data Management, Marketing, Sales and Service and goes beyond traditional CRM.
You will be part of an energetic team and be working in a high pace environment. CX is one of the fastest growing and most innovative Line of Business within SAP, and with a world evolving quickly around us and with customers in need of changing the way they to deliver a superior customer experience, it is time for us to find Senior Solution Sales Executive to our CX team in Sweden. You will own and manage a set of top accounts (territory), and work in close collaboration with SAP Industry sales and a wider Virtual Account Team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Based in the Stockholm office you will take the full ownership of your territory, driving the sales opportunities from early discovery phase to closing. You will furthermore drive and support demand generation activities, enablement and thought leadership to drive SAP CX solutions in our region.
- You will be the CX lighthouse in the industry you work for – responsible for shaping next generation CX in close collaboration with your customers.
- You are passionate about CX as a domain, and are mainly focused on customer stakeholders owning the business responsibility of further developing the CX domains (such as CDO’s, Chief Sales Officers, Heads of Service etc.)
- Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape
- You will own and drive customer success via a healthy pipeline and work in a Virtual Account Teams from CX
WHO ARE YOU?
- You have a 10 years experience working with sales in the Customer Experience Space (CRM/Sales, e Commerce, Marketing, Service, Customer Data Management) and/or other business software
- You have a proven track record in business application cloud sales
- You have demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
- You a fluent in local language and English, and are able to make our customers feel listened to and help them with their needs
- You embrace a continuous learning attitude
To be successful in this position, it is crucial that you possess strong organizational skills to drive complex technology go-to-market within a highly agile and changing business environment. You are an excellent internal & external communicator and you hold great presentation skills to clearly articulate the business value and differentiation of the CX solution portfolio. You can anticipate change, possess innovative business acumen and are an "out of the box" thinking person to guide execution in a fast-paced environment.
