What you’ll build
As an HR Recruitment Consultant focused on student hiring, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future workforce by identifying and recruiting top student talent across EMEA.
As an HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop innovative strategies to attract and hire top talent, with a focus on students and early-career professionals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, candidate selection, and contract offer handling.
-
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
-
Collaborate closely with other HR teams to align recruitment processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
What you bring

Corporate Recruiting experience 2-3 years in an international environment; experience in student hiring or early-career recruitment is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French language as an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers;

Professional, customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences;

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet specific deadlines;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP Success Factors Recruiting is an advantage.
