What you'll build As a working student (f/m/d) in the P&C Business Partner team for the Board Areas OCEO and S&O your main tasks will be to: Actively support the HR Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks and the execution of core HR processes Pull and analyze reports to identify needs and activities within the Board Areas OCEO and S&O Create materials, eg. Powerpoint presentations or SharePoint, on a very high standard to use in meetings, updates or enablement sessions for business leaders or employees in the supported area Be actively involved in project work Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g. workshops to improve employee engagement in a team) Research on various strategic P&C topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of P&C, etc.) What you bring Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, Core AI & Data skills Language skills: Fluent written and spoken business communication skills in English + intermediate level in German Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently, solution oriented and proactively, strong analytical skills, detail orientation, ability to transfer business needs of the area supported into P&C topics and processes Others: Reliability Location: Walldorf office Where you belong The P&C Business Partner Organization plays a key role in providing services and operational support as well as strategic consulting on all matters related to employees, managers and the organization.
