Craft compelling narratives, build hands-on demos and PoCs, and guide customers from discovery to adoption with production-minded architectures and best practices. Accountability Manage presales opportunities end-to-end; define deliverables, scope, timelines, and success criteria. Ensure goals and milestones are met; manage escalations and risks appropriately. Build strategic relationships with key customer and partner stakeholders; influence solution direction and value realization. Mentor team members and share best practices to enable informed decision-making. Complexity Navigate high-volume and high-complexity enterprise presales cycles across multiple industries. Present the end-to-end AI solution portfolio for both technical and business audiences. Deep dive on LLM application patterns, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MLOps to solve complex problems. Provide regular status, risk, and mitigation updates. Technical Skills Full-Stack Development: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js; Python; REST/GraphQL APIs; FastAPI/Flask; microservices patterns. AI/ML; LLM app frameworks,vector databases Generative AI: OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock; prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, evaluation, guardrails. Data and MLOps: MLflow/Kubeflow; Airflow/dbt;databricks, snowflake Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services Experience 8+ years in software or solutions engineering with a strong presales focus, including hands-on coding and demo/PoC delivery. Proven track record building AI-enabled applications and reference architectures for enterprise customers. Comfortable pair-programming and building prototypes during workshops and hackathons. Relevant cloud/AI certifications preferred. Communication Executive presence; presentable and confident in one-to-many customer settings. Clear storytelling that connects business outcomes to technical capabilities; strong stakeholder management and facilitation. Key Responsibilities Engage early in the sales cycle to qualify and shape AI use cases; map needs to architectures and roadmaps. Design and deliver compelling demos and PoCs showcasing differentiated outcomes and technical feasibility. Guide customers on data readiness, responsible AI, and governance; recommend evaluation and guardrail strategies. Partner with delivery teams for smooth handover and post-selection adoption; document best practices and playbooks. Experience & Educational Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Fluency in Turkish and English. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (high travel expectation).
