Role Summary

The Global Delivery Hub Architect – Data & AI design and adoption of modern enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled architectures leveraging SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud.

The role combines enterprise architecture leadership, strategic advisory, and complex solution guidance to help customers modernize their data landscapes and build AI-ready platforms that enable advanced analytics and intelligent applications.

Working as part of SAP’s global delivery organization, the architect supports the execution of Success Plans by enabling the adoption of AI and Business Data Cloud capabilities, ensuring customers realize measurable business value from SAP’s Data & AI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

• Define and guide enterprise data architectures leveraging SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud.

• Design AI-ready data platforms that enable analytics, advanced insights, and intelligent applications.

• Provide architectural governance and best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performance data environments.

• Lead architectural discussions with customer IT leadership, data architects, and enterprise architects.

Customer Success & Innovation Adoption

• Support the definition and execution of Success Plans related to Data & AI adoption.

• Identify and position high-impact AI and data innovation scenarios aligned with customer business priorities.

• Drive AI and Business Data Cloud consumption through structured adoption guidance and innovation enablement.

Advisory & Complex Solution Guidance

• Provide deep technical advisory for:

• Data platform modernization

• SAP HANA Cloud adoption strategies

• Data integration and governance models

• AI-enabled data architectures

• Support complex customer landscapes and hybrid data environments.

• Contribute to resolution of critical architectural challenges and escalations.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SAP’s evolving data platform strategy with SAP HANA Cloud architecture and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)

• Proven background in enterprise data platforms and data integration.

• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts within enterprise data ecosystems.

• Experience working in customer-facing architecture or consulting roles.

• Ability to translate technical architecture into business outcomes and value realization.

Language Skills

English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory)

Spanish – Good and effective in spoken (Optional)
