The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you`ll do:

You will join the CoE Metadata & Domain Alignment team at the heart of SAP. You'll contribute to strategic integration, AI, and data projects, focusing on enhancing SAP's metadata strategy.

Your role involves designing and developing key components of SAP's metadata infrastructure, including contributing to integration related industry standards and our own Open Resource Discovery (ORD) ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP to address complex integration challenges across SAP's suite of applications and services.

You'll take ownership of solutions that improve metadata integration, guide and support SAP applications in adopting, and foster co-innovation to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring:

3+ years of hands-on experience in (business application) development

Very good analytical skills, conceptual thinking, structured problem solving.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Java, .NET, node.js, Go, Python),

Willingness to quickly learn new programming languages, frameworks or tools needed to accomplish the task at hand

BTP, Cloud Foundry, k8s, Docker, Gardener is a plus

Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines is a plus

Enjoy conceptual work

Good communication and moderation skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills
